As we started last week, it is over to you to create your own home practice from all the options presented so far. Body Scan, Sitting with Breath, Sitting with Breath and Body, Full Sitting Practice, Sitting with the Pleasant, Sitting with Difficulty, Mindful Movement. It’s up to you how you want to create your world of practice.
