Body Scan Meditation

When we come to just be with the body, we can start to cultivate the attitude of paying attention on purpose. Using this audio as a guide, practice the Body Scan once a day for the next 6 days - tuning into what you notice. There is no expectation here, just try your best to keep coming back each day to do the practice. You also download for ease of use whenever you wish.

Sitting with Breath

In this short breathing practice, we come to focus on the breath or another anchor that is supportive. This can be useful in times when we need a bit of support for whatever might be arising moment by moment.
